Aston Carter Order Entry Representative in Shrewsbury, Massachusetts

Job Title: Order Entry RepresentativeJob Description

Manage customer orders received via email, telephone, fax, or other online systems. Provide customer order support via email and telephone. Work with Logistics or Customer Service to assist with customer needs or paperwork preparation. Raise customer concerns to the appropriate department and assist with resolution when necessary. Coordinate with Customer Service on warranty orders. Manage office supply inventory and handle projects assigned by the Manager.

Job Type

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 6 Month(s).

Work Site

This is a hybrid position requiring some days on-site in Shrewsbury, Massachusetts and some days remote.

Work Environment

Office environment - cubicle style. You will support the project management and project key accounts team, working daily with customer channel partners and distributors. The team consists of 9 members. Hours: 7:30 to 4:00 schedule with some flexibility of +/- 30 mins.
