Job Title: Mechanical Maintenance Technician

Position: Mechanical Maintenance Technician

Job Description: Aerotek is seeking a skilled and reliable Mechanical Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a contractor in this role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining and optimizing our production equipment. If you have a strong mechanical aptitude, technical expertise, and a passion for problem-solving, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities:

• Strong mechanical knowledge with millwright-type knowledge

• Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on various machinery and equipment.

• Collaborate with multi-craft teammates to ensure efficient operation of production lines.

• Inspect and maintain pumps, sprockets, chains, conveyor rollers, and other electrical components.

• Assist in equipment installations and modifications.

• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.

Qualifications:

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Strong problem-solving skills.

• Flexibility to work 12-hour shifts (Monday to Friday) from 6:30 am to 7:00 pm, with rotating night shifts every 30 days.

• No holiday work required in addition to 10 paid holidays.

• Paid hourly through lunch
