Investors Bank Director Commercial Product Marketing in Short Hills, New Jersey

POSITION OVERVIEW Director of Product Marketing will be responsible to oversee the Product Marketing team on the day-to-day priorities and workflow of strategic product marketing initiatives within the Brand and Creative team, ensuring strategic product marketing initiatives are executed successfully--on time, and on budget. Envisioning, planning & executing multi-channel marketing programs to meet assigned product launches short & longer-term objectives, in collaboration with consumer, commercial and other product teams. Providing leadership support on other key projects as needed to achieve broader department and/or company goals. Drive Commercial product success in partnership with business line & connect the dots between Marketing, Product and Sales teams to ensure accurate definition and prioritization of product and feature releases, improvements of product marketing. Works alongside the Marketing & Product Leadership team and partipate in weekly meetings to ensure continuity of projects and launches. RESPONSIBILITIES * Define and orchestrate team execution of product marketing strategies and deliverables, including new product go-to-market plans / launches, partner programs, and enablement materials for our customers and their users - all in service of driving adoption. * Develop a best-in-class, matrixed workflow for all marketing projects and assets--able to re-prioritize and re-allocate resources quickly and ensure no detail is too small. * Define the most efficient marketing mix-- social media, referral programs, display, SEO/SEM, email marketing, retargeting, and mobile and Partner with Creative, Communications, Media, CX team; along with business stakeholders; to define goals and deliverables of all projects--from one-off emails to end-to-end brand campaigns. * Effectively oversees Investors Bank events. Examples include, but not limited to: Coordinating events such as Sales Awards Dinner, Award Trips, all other Corporate Events. * Oversee Marketing Coordinator on Corporate Hospitality for tickets and special events at sporting and event arenas. Relationship management and development with venue management teams. Providing Return on investment ( ROI) and reporting for executive management to review monthly. #LI-SP1 * Bachelors Degree and/or 5 to 7 years of Commerical Banking Marketing experience required * Excellent verbal, written, communication and presentation skills. * Ability to quickly synthesize to drive decision-making. * Proven project management skills and result orientation. * Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a challenging, fast paced environment. * Must handle all company information with highest degree of confidentiality and integrity. * Proven track record of effectively interacting with senior management. Should be well organized and skilled in coordinating event logistics. Strong leadership qualities with the ability to coach, develop and motivate. DESIRED * Have a consistent track record of product marketing excellence, a broad B2B playbook of techniques gained through experience and hard-won successes. * Develop rapport, influence others and maintain strong working relationships. * Have an unshakable positive attitude that is infectious to others. * Self-motivated, persistent and able to work independently.
