Twin City Staffing LLC Wafer Assembly Technician in Shoreview, Minnesota
We are looking for a meticulous and skilled wafer assembly technician to join our team in Shoreview, MN. As an essential part of our manufacturing team, you will support the assembly of high-quality semiconductor devices in a clean room environment. Location: Shoreview, MN Wage: $20 - $30/hr., depending on experience Hours: 1st Shift Monday to Friday, 7:30 am - 3:30 pm Benefits of the skilled wafer assembly technician: Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Flexible Spending Account (FSA) Life Insurance Disability Insurance Accident Insurance Critical Illness Insurance Duties of the skilled wafer assembly technician: Assemble semiconductor components using precision tools Perform wafer scribe, die sorting, die attach, and lead bonding Handle and transport wafers in the Clean Room Inspect and test components for quality compliance Maintain accurate assembly and inspection records Follow safety and clean room protocols Use microscopes for detailed inspection and assembly Collaborate with team members for efficient workflow Requirements of the skilled wafer assembly technician: High school diploma or equivalent required Experience in semiconductor manufacturing, medical assembly, or PCB assembly preferred Prior experience working in a Clean Room environment is highly beneficial Proficiency in using high-power and low-power microscopes for detailed inspection Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions Good hand-eye coordination and dexterity for delicate assembly work Basic math skills and data recording abilities for accurate documentation Ability to work in a team environment and communicate effectively with colleagues Apply today!
