Aerotek Construction Laborer in Shoreview, Minnesota

Job Description:

Construction company focusing on infrastructure construction projects including Civil, water/sewer, power and communications is seeking reliable construction laborers for projects in the Cornell, WI, Hugo, MN, WI, Menomonie, WI areas.

  1. Gather materials for the job that day and make sure the crew has everything required

  2. Distribute material at job site

  3. Hand locate existing utilities

  4. Hand grade landscape areas.

  5. Perform shoveling of dirt

  6. Utilize tools after the Operator digs the ditch line for gas mains.

  7. Lift heavy natural gas pipelines for installation, when needed.

  8. Perform other duties as required and/or assigned.

  9. Guide Heavy Equipment Operators away from utilities

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

  • Candidates must be open to working outside and working OT (50-60 hours each week)

  • Valid Driver's License

Pay: $21hr (paid weekly)

SHIFT: 6-6:30 am start time. End time will vary per day, expect to work 10-12 hours (can get up to 60 hours a week)

Work Environment:

Will work on projects around the twin cities metro OR western Wisconsin and nearby while on contract.

Sites:

Shop based out of Hugo, but work sites throughout west Wisconsin
