Linnaeus Marketing Executive in Shirley, United Kingdom

Overview

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Marketing Executive to work across the Linnaeus portfolio of brands on a wide range of marketing activities.

Working for one of the UK's leading and rapidly growing Veterinary Groups, which is now part of worldwide Mars Inc. and one of its first UK pet healthcare businesses in the UK, we are looking to expand our marketing team to support an ever-changing and demanding set of business needs.

This exciting and dynamic role will be responsible for providing marketing support across a dedicated region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver compelling marketing campaigns that work across all channels, online and offline, as agreed in the marketing plan.

  • Ensure a range of marketing collateral is developed and available within brand guidelines and in line with the plan set.

  • Scheduling/uploading of content to websites as and when required

  • Work with the communications team to identify PR opportunities for practices and share any coverage gained

  • Use a variety of reporting tools to monitor and report periodically on the performance of centres against marketing metrics

  • Ensure key stakeholder communication and management are maintained at all times.

  • Any other duties as and when required

Experience

Essential:

  • 2 years marketing experience

  • Experience of a multi-site, operational business

  • Strong background brand management

  • Experience of developing and managing brand guidelines

  • Good stakeholder manager and relationship builder across the business

  • Experience of developing clear and consistent messaging and client journeys

  • Experience working collaboratively across a wider business group

  • Knowledge of relationship management

  • Understanding of B2B and B2C market dynamics and customer journeys

  • Understanding of service sectors

  • Degree or professional qualifications

  • Stakeholder management
