DESCRIPTION OF WORK

This position involves performing a range of skilled tasks across multiple trades. Employees in this role are responsible for carrying out various skilled and semi-skilled duties related to the repair and maintenance of machinery, buildings, bridges, and equipment. Within this job classification, individuals are engaged in skilled journey level work that spans several trades. The primary responsibilities of employees in this role include executing a variety of skilled and semi-skilled tasks involved in the repair and maintenance of machinery, buildings, bridges, and equipment. Work Schedule and Additional Information:

  • Full-time employment
  • Work hours are 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM, Monday - Friday, with a 30-minute lunch.
  • Hours may vary based on seasonal operational needs
  • Salary:In some cases, the starting salary may be non-negotiable.

      REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, TRAINING & ELIGIBILITY

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum Experience and Training Requirements:
  • Two years of experience as a Maintenance Repairman 1; or
  • Four years of experience in building and plant maintenance work, which has involved at least two of the building, electrical, or mechanical trades; or
  • Any equivalent combination of experience and training that affords the applicant with the Required Knowledges, Skills, and Abilities.

Special Requirements:

This position requires possession of a valid Pennsylvania Class C Driver's License. Additional Requirements:

You must be able to perform essential job functions.
