Summary

  • Ensure the successful launch of zongertinib with a strong focus on patient centricity and market understanding

Tasks & responsibilities

  • Accomplish successful launch of the new indication by working closely with marketing team members

  • Develop local marketing strategy and tactics by close collaboration with various stakeholders based on global strategy and initiatives.

  • Identify opportunities and ways to better meet customers’ needs for short-term and long term

  • Monitor performance via agreed KPIs

  • Establish and maintain relationships with KOLs, relevant organizations and other key stakeholders to develop and implement the strategy

  • Develop promotional materials such as promotional brochures and tools for HCPs and patients

  • Plan and execute congress events such as sponsor seminars and symposiums

  • Plan and execute trainings for field force together with field training team

  • Work collaboratively with other functions (Medical, Sales, etc.) within the company to facilitate implementation of commercial initiatives for the products

  • External vendor management

  • Conduct budget management

  • Communicate brand tactics to sales force clearly for flawless implementation

Requirements

  • Bachelor or master’s degree from accredited institution

  • 2+ years of experience in marketing (sales experience and/or healthcare industry experiences are preferred)

  • Good understanding of lung cancer

  • Product launch experience is a plus

  • Good project management and excellent cross functional collaboration skills with ability to work with global matrix teams

  • Agile and effective working style in a fast-paced and changing environment

  • Fluent in Japanese and English with very good leadership, communication, and presentation competencies

  • Willing to work in a global environment
