Aerotek Maintenance Engineer in Shepherdsville, Kentucky

Description:

Working directly with the supervisor to conduct preventative maintenance, routine and emergency repairs on equipment and plant structures. A large part of the job will be servicing and repairing robot welders. This position will require a Maintenance candidate to be multi-crafted with mechanical and electrical. Some repair work recently has been repairing chillers, motor swaps, process water systems, air compressors, piece changes on robots, facilities work, conveyor upkeep, and much more.

Over 300 robots to gain experience on

Food on occasion (try to do 2 drawings/food/fun events a month, at least)

Room for growth as additional supervisor positions will open

Bonus $ - 3% of annual salary which is paid out in Q1, percentage increases with senority. (Bonus will be prorated if the candidate does not work a full year)

Attendance incentives - Gift card drawings

OT Incentive - every 80 hours of OT worked grants an additional day of PTO
