This exciting role offers opportunity to:

What you’ll do:

• Lead Testing Program Development team and build up team with high performance and engagement.

• Define testing technology development strategy and develop test solutions for NPD to ensure high productivity and quality performance.

• Play key roles in I4.0 Council, to participate in MFG technology roadmap desin, identify opportunities and drive projects implementation plans. Also, lead the standardization of data integration in the new technology or equipment introduction process.

• Evaluate and develop automation and digitalization solutions to improve manufacturing productivity and and quality and set up the process for real time data integration and analysitics to support decision-making processes.

• Define I4.0 Data architects and ensure the right connection between different system, IT/OT systems, Datahub, Dashboard, etc.

• Conduct I4.0 Technology / Solution training and coaching to plant experts and provide technical solutions to I4.0 projects if appropriate.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or above, major of software engineering or computer related.

• 5+ years work experience in automation and digitalization (I4.0) and experienced in lean manufacturing.

• IT/OT knowledge with windows, SQL server and Oracle database; Programming experience of Python,C#, Java, Labview, etc;

• Manufacturing experience to lead multiple projects implementation, robotics, artificial intelligence, machine learning, and IoT devices.

• Experience in integrating new or legacy equipment’s for I4.0 automation purposes.

• Project management and lean manufacturing skills

• Familiar with MES, SAP, WMS is plus.

• Fluent in verbal and written English.
