What you’ll do:

Participant will relocate within 4 PQ plants based on the developmental requirements during the program.

The OLDP Program aims to cultivate future operation leaders for plants by developing and preparing participants through working in a variety of operational assignments and developing both leadership and functional competencies.

The program participant will:

  • Complete three 1-year progressively rotational assignments in Operation, Quality, Planning, etc.

  • Undertake meaningful projects/assignments to build competencies through individual efforts and teamwork.

  • Have developmental opportunities from professional training, assignment coaching.

  • Build broad working experience and networking across businesses and locations.

  • Have exposure opportunities in front of senior leadership teams to further support the build-up of long term career development path.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor/ Master in Engineering, Management from 985/211/ QS150 universities

  • 2 to 3 years Manufacturing working experience(Operation, Quality, Planning, etc)

Competency and Skills:

  • Learning agility

  • Strong competency to make decision and get result

  • English communication skill

  • Problem-solving capabilities

  • Digital Mindset (Prefer)
