Power Integrations Key Account Manager in Shenzhen, China

Job Responsibilities:

  • Understand the customer's business strategy, opportunities, and challenges. Identify opportunities for PI and tailor the PI Value Propositions specifically for your customers.

  • Maximize Power Integration sales and profits at the account through strategic development and execution. Assume responsibility for pertinent Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and initiate corrective measures as necessary.

  • Understand the formal and informal hierarchy, identify key decision-makers at the customer, and develop relationship strategies to enhance PI's position at the account.

  • Develop and execute negotiation strategies and tactics throughout the year, leveraging a deep understanding of power dynamics and relationships, in collaboration with the Marketing Team.

  • Develop a Customer Business Plan encompassing a 3-year sales plan, SAM/SOM analysis, and other pertinent elements. Clearly communicate expectations and requirements towards PI to meet business targets.

  • Represent and communicate customer needs internally at PI, ensuring that priorities are appropriately set to align with and execute the strategy.

  • Effectively monitor logistics and quality performance, delegating issues to the relevant stakeholders within PI as necessary.

  • Ensure prompt and accurate updates of all key internal systems and processes, while also gathering and disseminating market and competitor information within the organization.

    Requirements:

  • University education in Electrical Engineering.

  • Minimum of 2-5 years Sales/Marketing experience in Semiconductors

  • Knowledge of AC Power and Industrial sectors

  • Self-motivated, proactive, and independent individual with a keen understanding of the sales cycle

  • Track record in Account Management, preferably with Industrial focus

  • Agile execution with multiple stakeholders

  • Deadline-driven

  • Strong communication, negotiation skills

  • Entrepreneurial, results-oriented, customer-focused

  • Team player, embraces responsibility

  • Willing to travel

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint

  • Fluent in English
