Stanley Black and Decker Key Account Manager in Shenzhen, China

PERSONAL SPECIFICATIONS/个人能力描述

  • Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline

  • At least 7 years working experience in automotive or fastener industry

  • Good communication, presentation and interpersonal skills

  • At least CET-4 required, Write and Speak in English very well.

  • Self motivated and willing to work in a fast paced and dynamic business environment servicing customers from the automotive industry

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES/任务和职责

  • Develop the new business for the China local new EV OEM account customer; work with key account customers to identify fastening system solutions for product application.

  • Visit key customers on a regular basis to better understand their requirements and seek out new business opportunities independently.

  • To develop the new key Electrical Vehicle business from existing customer and new key strategy customer independently.

  • Secure orders and work with customer service and the plants to ensure timely delivery of products.

  • Inventory management with support of customer service to balance timely delivery and lowest freight cost, in case delivery risk is predicted, should alert customer in advance with suitable methods accepted by customer.

  • Coordinate and work with various groups across the organization to address customer complaints

  • Collect market information that would help in decision making and the planning of marketing and sales strategy

  • Prepare sales forecast and budgets for customer accounts handled

  • Prepare various sales reports, such as but not limited in new business, customer call status, etc.
