Your role:

• Overall technical leadership and responsibility for realization of full systems product release/life cycle management to ensure quality and compliance.

• Translation of user and business requirements into product requirements, high level product design, check and optimize integration and verification

• System decomposition and allocation of derived requirements down to HW/SW element and part level and related traceability.

• Trade-off of product/system design specifications and interfaces determine feasibility of potential solutions, and leading technical & design reviews.

• Ensuring full Product Safety Risk Management in a regulation compliant manner.

• Defines, monitors and meets performance and quality metrics

• Provides technical solutions that conform to requirements with a strong focus on end-users, high quality (QMS/regulatory standards), performance, safety and security

You're the right fit if:

• The successful candidate will possess the following knowledge, skills education and experience:

• Bachelor or Master with 10 years’ experience and/or comparable longer product development experience

• Experience with medical device development preferred

• Experience of writing the products system requirement specification and architecture to meet the customer requirement specification, ensure products standard compliance.

• Experience of leading the products Safety Risk Assessment discussion for design change or new project.

• Experience in medical device design and strong medical IEC standard preferred.

• Strong sense of responsibility. Good communication skills, self-learning ability

• Strong English writing and communication skills

• Continual improvement focused, self-directed and creative

• Strong ability of writing the report of issue analysis and presenting the report in team with English
