Key Accountabilities:

• All daily functions of assigned distribution account(s).

• Perform invoicing through ETMS. Conduct billings, including associated back-up and documentation.

• Assist others in their duties with all distribution accounts.

• Provide daily operational reports that are accurate and timely.

• Perform daily data entry for receiving, order allocation, shipping and inventory management.

• Provide warehouse staff with necessary documents and information needed to complete receiving, and to ship orders.

• Prove support with other miscellaneous projects, filing and research.

• Rating of domestic transportation bills.

   

• University or college graduate, with 1-2 years of working experiences.

• Preferably with warehouse management experience or knowledge.

• Good written English.

• Organized and analytical.

• Team player and self-initiative.
