Exciting opportunity for a Bilingual Medical Front Desk role in The Woodlands area! Come join a growing dynamic team with a positive culture who is ready to take things to a new leave with their healthcare practice.

Pay

$17-$26 an hour (depending on experience)

Shift

Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm with an hour lunch from 12-1pm

Responsibilities:

• Answering phone calls, greeting patients, checking patients in and out.

• Problem solving and collecting payments.

• Completing end of day tasks and preparing for following day

• Assisting back office if needed.

Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of experience working in a Medical Practice.

• EHR experience.

• Insurance verification and basic billing knowledge

• Customer service skills

• Computer skills.

• IVR and sales experience.
