Adecco Healthcare is searching for a Bilingual HR Manager Specialist to become part of our client's team in Shenandoah, TX - 77384 ( The Woodlands area ). This is a direct-hire, full-time, and permanent opportunity.

Salary

$75,000

Shift

  • Monday-Friday

  • 8am-5pm

  • Lunch Break: 12pm-1pm

Job Duties

  • Create and execute recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates

  • Screen, interview, and select candidates for various roles

  • Oversee onboarding and orientation processes for new employees

  • Maintain employee records and ensure adherence to labor laws

  • Address employee relations issues and offer conflict resolution support

  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to staff

  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures

  • Coordinate training and development programs

  • Assist with payroll and benefits administration

  • Ensure a safe and healthy workplace environment

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field ( required )

  • SHRM-CP or PHR certification ( required )

  • Experience in the healthcare sector ( required )

  • Bilingual in Spanish ( required )

  • Demonstrated experience as an HR Specialist or in a similar position

  • In-depth knowledge of HR practices and labor regulations

  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality with sensitive information

  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving capabilities

  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite

Pay Details: $70,000.00 to $75,000.00 per year
