JOB REQUIREMENTS: Description Position Summary: This position will provide administrative support to the Human Resources Manager. This position ensures that all processes impacting HR and are consistent with established procedures. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Back up to new employee orientations to ensure employees gain an understanding of benefit plans and enrollment provisions. Set up pre-employment requirements Prepares new employee files. Verifies I-9 documentation. Files and maintains employee personnel, medical, and worker\'s compensation files. Enters and maintains employee personnel, medical, and worker\'s compensation files. Enters and maintains human resources information in various systems. Makes and gives access badges for employees. Recruitment of all open positions Conducts and coordinates phone and in person interviews Collaborates with temporary employment agency on hires Coordinates company events Works with Marketing materials to post on social media and company announcements Assists with processing of terminations for seasonal employees. Assists in payroll. Assists Human Resource manager with various research projects and/or special projects. Completes reports for management as required. Assists or prepares correspondence. Performs other duties as assigned. Maintain a good rapport with all OWS and Carl Buddig co-workers. Comply with all policies and procedures as outlined per the employee handbook and all other appropriate documents. Take responsibility for reporting, making recommendations and correcting situations adverse to the company\'s best interest. Take responsibility in your work area to produce a safe and quality product. Report all food safety and quality related problems to your supervisor, manager, or to the QA department to initiate immediate action. Specific Knowledge, Skills, Licenses, Certifications, etc.: Required education generally equivalent to a high school diploma or GED; 1 to 3 years of Human Resources Administrative experience. Excellent problem solving skills. Excellent interpersonal skills, must maintain confidentiality, and remain open to other ideas. Must be adaptable to changes in the work environment, deal with frequent change, delays or unexpected events. Must be dependable, follows instructions, and responds to management direction. Strong oral and written communication. Should have basic computer skills and knowledge of all Microsoft Office programs. Physical Demands: Regularly involves sitting or standing, occasional walking, reaching, lifting up to 25 pounds, and visual adjustments. Work Environment: Includes office and...
