Position Overview: As the National Retail Sales Director, you will be at the forefront of our North American Retail Account operations. Based in either Sheboygan, WI, or Springdale, AR, you will be responsible for supporting, directing, and developing our remote Sales Directors to meet and exceed customer needs while achieving our corporate financial objectives. This role is not just about meeting sales targets; it\'s about crafting and executing a strategic vision that drives the future of our retail partnerships. Expect to travel 35-40% in the first year as you establish and nurture key relationships. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Leadership: Provide clear strategic direction to the Retail Sales team, ensuring alignment with corporate goals. Engage with the cross-functional leadership teams to develop and refine the overall sales strategy. Customer-Centric Approach: Act as the bridge between our Sales Directors and home office, ensuring that customer needs and insights are effectively communicated and incorporated into our business strategy. Account Management: Drive the customer account strategy through 3-year plans, ensuring resources are allocated to maximize return on investment. Team Development: Mentor and develop our retail Sales Directors, integrating them into the broader business through key projects, opportunities, and factory visits. Budget Management: Oversee and manage the assigned budget, ensuring optimal use of resources within established limits. Commitment to Excellence: Demonstrate a steadfast commitment to our RRITE Values and to ensuring a safe working environment for all associates. Qualifications: Master\'s degree in Business Administration (MBA) preferred. A minimum of 12 years of experience in Consumer-Packaged Goods, with a strong preference for experience in a Private Label setting. Demonstrated success in achieving results, with strong analytical skills and experience in fact-based selling techniques. Knowledge of store operations and P&L management is a plus.
