As an Industrial Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and implementing operation process improvement initiatives for our warehouse facilities.

We are seeking candidates with a minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience working as an Industrial Engineer full-time, with experience in warehouse distribution preferred.

This role can be based in Texas, Wisconsin, or near any major airport in CST/Central United States.

You Will Contribute By

• Performing and leading analysis activities resulting in strategic alignment, project scoping to meet business objectives, and delivering quantifiable results through process improvement initiatives.

• Developing and communicating a methodology that leads to continuous process improvement throughout the organization by focusing on the customer's needs, empowering employees, and optimizing existing activities in the process.

• You will serve as a subject matter expert on the deployment of labor standards and best practices and facilitate the sharing of best practices throughout the C&S network.

• Support the C&S Strategic Growth Plan.

• Being adept at retrieving and researching data from various sources (WMS, TMS, Labor Management, Slot Optimization, etc.) and translating that data into meaningful information to support action plans.

• Studying and analyzing current processes, determining their effectiveness, developing ROI, and recommending strategies for improvement.

• Supporting and advocating continuous improvement by promoting a strong teamwork atmosphere and a community of process improvement leaders.

• Modeling a proven track record of experience in distribution with an emphasis on a performance-based culture.

• Influencing and leading the operations team to achieve operational excellence.

• Demonstrating the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling various tasks and changing priorities while maintaining a high attention to detail and accuracy.

We’re Searching for Candidates With

• Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering or Supply Chain Logistics.

• A minimum of 1 to 2 years experience working as an Industrial Engineer in a supply chain full-time, with experience in warehouse distribution preferred.

• Strong math, analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.

• Prior experience implementing or revising engineered labor standards and labor management systems is a plus.

• Experience with distribution center Automation solutions (AGVs, Sortation, AS/AR, Wearable).

• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams.

• Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Word, and SQL.

• Ability to travel 50-75 percent of the time regionally.
