JOB REQUIREMENTS: Machine Operator 3rd Shift - 51242 DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES: Johnsonville, LLC Machine Operator 3rd Shift Pay Range: \$26.64/hr - \$27.93/hr + \$2.00 Shift Premium Hours: 9:00pm - 5:30am, Sunday-Thursday (Overtime as production demands) Responsibilities: * Consistently manufacture \"great tasting\" sausage products according to specifications * Work together with other Formulation Members to obtain World Class blending results in safety, yields, usages, and efficiencies. * Must be willing to cross train and run the Franco-Matic in the stuffing department * Participate in daily Grill meetings and project teams * Have the opportunity to think pro-actively and understand how formulation effects plant flow * Set goals and objectives; both personal and as a team member to acquire \"superlative\" performance in order to support the Johnsonville Way * Grow, develop, and stretch yourself by continuing to find new and better ways to meet your commitments to yourself, your team and to JVL. * Create and update a Personal Development Commitment to help you set goals and focus on your accomplishments. * Have the opportunity to rotate within Formulation as well as other departments for break relief Date: May 24, 2024 Location: Sheboygan Falls, WI Member Status: Full Time, Hourly Manufacturing Positions Available: 1 Benefits: Members have potential for a monthly bonus, 401k with a company match and profit sharing.
