Job Title: HVAC Installer

Job Description

The lead HVAC installer is responsible for foreman duties on new construction jobs from start to finish. The person will work with project managers to plan projects. After planning, they will be responsible for taking the prints and submittals to efficiently run the job from start to finish while overseeing a crew of 4-5 installers. Projects will be located throughout the Kansas City metro. All jobs are in the commercial space and can be in the restaurant, education, healthcare, or general commercial space.

Hard Skills

• Ability to look at submittals and plans and run a job start to finish

• Oversee a crew of 4-5 installers

• Commercial HVAC installation

• Remodel HVAC systems in commercial settings

• Ability to work with owners and general contractors

• Start up HVAC systems

Job Type

This is a permanent position.

Work Environment

New construction sites throughout the Kansas City Metro. Working out of a company vehicle. Day shift hours 7am - 3:30pm with the person when required.
