JOB REQUIREMENTS: Employer: Genex Cooperative Job Title: Area Sales Manager Job Location: 117 E Green Bay St, Shawano, WI 54166 JOB DUTIES: Responsible for leading and directing the cattle breeding product and service marketing programs for animal genetics and reproductive solutions. Specific duties will include: (1) coordinating recruitment, training, and development of qualified employees and representatives; (2) developing budgets that achieve EBITDA objectives as determined for the area market; (3) utilizing staff to secure and maintain an income stream with large herds across U.S. market; (4) establishing sales marketing plans and yearly activities to achieve budget goals of semen and service; (5) establishing goals and plans for achieving resale product sales; (6) maintaining accurate field inventories and reconciling audit variances; and (7) implementing and overseeing safety programs for the regional marketing staff. REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor\'s degree in Animal Science, Veterinary Medicine, or related; two years of livestock industry experience with specific background in AI. Extensive travel required to Texas.
