Do you have experience working with machines, in packing or both? Are you looking for a new position that will allow you to develop your skills and grow? Do you do your best work when you are hands on? We are currently hiring a Machine Opeartor to do light machine operation in a local company/manufacturer. Forklift Experience is a plus!

salary: $18 - $24 per hour

shift: First

work hours: 8 AM - 4 PM

education: High School

Responsibilities

• Setup and Calibration: Prepare and set up machines for operation, including calibrating settings based on specifications.

• Operation: Operate machinery to produce parts or products, ensuring that production targets and quality standards are met.

• Monitoring: Continuously monitor machinery during operation to detect any issues or abnormalities.

• Quality Control: Inspect finished products for defects and ensure they meet quality standards; make adjustments as needed.

• Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance on machines, including cleaning, lubricating, and replacing worn parts to ensure optimal performance.

• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of production output, machine performance, and any incidents or maintenance performed.

• Safety Compliance: Follow safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment, including wearing protective gear and reporting hazards.

• Team Collaboration: Work closely with other operators, supervisors, and team members to coordinate production processes and improve efficiency.

• Troubleshooting: Identify and troubleshoot issues with machinery or production processes, making necessary adjustments or repairs.
