你将在这些领域发挥影响：

• 负责客户AI应用场景的调研，主要面向预测性维护和生产优化，主导参与或协助需求分析。

• 负责根据项目实际情况进行算法方案设计，形成产品解决方案，并进行相应算法开发和实施，与产品团队其他成员，包括设计师、架构师、部署等一起完成项目关联产品的定制化设计、安装部署、联合调试、功能测试等。

• 负责建立项目相关沟通策略及通道，保持与客户的沟通，推进项目进展、控制项目风险，及时推进项目汇报、验收、培训等。

• 收集用户对产品的反馈信息，协助定义AI产品的发展路线。

你需要具备的品质：

• 全日制本科以上学历，计算机科学、电子电气、自动化等计算机相关专业，985院校优先。

• 具有良好的逻辑思维、善于团队合作，能理性作出决策，可主动提出风险点。

• 有预测性维护、生产优化AI项目经验，过程行业生产优化经验者优先。

• 熟悉项目实施流程与项目管理理论知识，独立或主导承担多个项目建设交付（须展示案例）。

• 需具备需求文档及方案设计文档编写能力。

• 熟练使用Python，熟悉TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-Learn等常见算法框架。

• 有时序数据分析相关项目经验者优先。

• 至少掌握一种主流数据库使用（Oracle、SQLServer、MySQL），掌握SQL语言及性能调优。

• 掌握Linux环境及常用指令。

• 能适应短期出差至项目现场开展项目工作。

• 需具备一定的英语表达能力。

For our Digital Industries Process Automation BU, In Strategic Product Management department, our Software and Next team, we are looking for a Industrial AI Solution Specialist to help us drive AI innovation within Siemens and beyond. We are a highly motivated team and are excited to get to know you.

You'll make an impact by

• Responsible for the research of customer AI application scenarios, mainly for predictive maintenance and production optimization, and lead or assist in demand analysis.

• Responsible for the design of algorithm solutions according to the actual situation of the project, the preparation of product solutions, and the development and implementation of corresponding algorithms. Cooperate with other members of the product team, including POs, designers, architects, deployment, etc., to complete the product design, installation and deployment, joint debugging, functional testing, etc.

• Responsible for establishing project-related communication strategies and channels, maintaining communication with customers, promoting project progress, controlling project risks, and promoting project reporting, acceptance, and training in a timely manner.

• Collect user feedback on the product and help define the roadmap of AI products.

Your defining qualities

• Full-time bachelor degree or above, major in computer science, electronic and electrical, automation, etc., 985 colleges and universities are preferred.

• Have good logical thinking, be good at teamwork, be able to make rational decisions, and take the initiative to put forward risk points.

• Experience in predictive maintenance, production optimization AI projects, and production optimization experience in the process industry is preferred.

• Familiar with the project implementation process and project management theory, independently or lead the construction and delivery of multiple projects (cases must be presented).

• Must have the ability to write requirements documents and scheme design documents.

• Proficient in Python, familiar with TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-Learn and other common algorithm frameworks.

• Experience in time series data analysis related projects is preferred.

• Master at least one mainstream database (Oracle, SQLServer, MySQL), master SQL language and performance tuning.

• Master the Linux environment and common commands.

• Able to adapt to short-term business trips to the project site to carry out project work.

• Must have a certain level of English communication skills.
