Position Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Consistently accept good product and reject defective products to ensure flawless quality.

  • Follow the inspection instructions strictly and provide accurate, complete descriptions of defective and rejection reports.

  • Make and keep accurate and complete records to determine product quality.

  • Communicate with supervisors and production lines for any product quality concerns and successfully implement solutions.

  • Identify quality problems and trace them back to the production process to ensure continuous improvement.

  • Supervise and audit any nonconformance to Work Instructions (WI) and Skill Metrics.

  • Handle customer complaints and maintain complete records to ensure customer satisfaction.

  • Receive and send customer complaint parts and operate within the SAP system.

Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:

  • College diploma; engineering-related background is preferable.

  • 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment.

  • Practical experience in measuring and inspection; familiarity with gauges and tools.

  • Proficient verbal and written English skills.

  • Internal auditor 9001 & 13485 certification preferred.
