Description
Amazon Global Selling RoA PMO team is seeking an experienced and strategic Sr. Program Manager to drive professional Seller services Amazon provided to Asian Sellers outside of China. Our vision is to make paid service the preferred choice for RoA Sellers to succeed on Amazon stores and expand their business globally. Towards the vision, the PM is expected to effectively drive collaboration across team, continuously optimize service offerings incorporating best practice, simplify operations and to keep high Seller satisfaction. As paid service program leader, the PM needs to have sharp business acumen, strong capability of data analysis and operation excellence, and have competency on aligning business operation plan, identifying insights and opportunities, and to evolve service offerings to support Seller’s long term success on Amazon WW stores.
Key job responsibilities
Define service strategy, standardize service offering, and ensure high quality service delivery to Sellers.
Collect the best practice across the organization, and incorporate into continuous enhancements.
Track and analyze service performance and drive operation excellence, as well as Seller satisfaction.
Drive Seller experience improvement, keep innovating service product leveraging latest technologies and tools.
Basic Qualifications
10+ years of program management and/or sales operations experience
Bachelor's degree or equivalent
Experience in defining, refining and implementing professional services
Preferred Qualifications
Experience conducting sophisticated and creative analysis of complex data and translate the results into actionable deliverables, messages, and presentations
Experience in e-commerce, retail, or consumer goods industries.
Experience working with cross-functional teams in a matrix environment.
