We are seeking an experienced and strategic digital marketing expert to drive innovative marketing initiatives to accelerate demand generation. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for developing innovative digital strategies, exploring emerging channels, and driving demand generation across multiple platforms. You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to optimize user experience, improve conversion rates, and maximize media capabilities.

Key job responsibilities

• Digital Strategy Development: Develop and implement cutting-edge digital marketing strategies that leverage emerging channels (e.g., Douyin, Red, and other popular social media platforms) to drive demand generation and lead acquisition.

• Channel Exploration and Optimization: Continuously explore new digital opportunities, such as new media platforms and digital products, to maximize media capabilities and ensure the business remains scalable. Optimize user journeys, content development, and marketing activities across these channels to improve upper-funnel conversion rates.

• Stakeholder Collaboration: Establish and maintain strong relationships with external media partners, internal stakeholders, product teams, sales teams, and cross-functional teams. Influence and collaborate with these stakeholders to optimize user experience, achieve global selling leads acquisition goals, and deliver successful digital marketing programs.

• Performance Measurement and Analysis: Define key metrics, design reports, and conduct in-depth analysis to measure the success and performance of digital marketing initiatives. Provide business insights and recommendations for optimization based on data-driven analysis.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field, with a minimum of 7-10 years of relevant experience in digital marketing.

  • Proven track record of success in developing and executing digital marketing strategies, with a deep understanding of emerging channels and trends.

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable plans.

  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives and priorities simultaneously.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in Chinese and English, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

  • Proficient in digital marketing tools and platforms, with a willingness to continually learn and adapt to new technologies.
