Through Amazon Global Selling, sellers of different types and sizes can directly reach Amazon’s 300+ million worldwide active customer accounts, including 150 million+ Prime customers in overseas Amazon marketplaces; and millions of institutional buyers.

We are now seeking a multi-talented, customer-centered, creative thinking, data-driven, deadline-oriented online marketing manager, who will be in charge of 1) Self-registration user journey management and optimization, including enable remarketing capability on CN website and other new seller acquisition portal, redesign user journey and content enhancement by device and channel, initiate weblab testing to prove result. 2) Paid channel management and scalability, including existing paid channels performance optimization and new channel pilot for long term growth.

Key job responsibilities

 Collaborate with MarTech, InfoSec, Legal, Global Product team, and external media to complete data integration and enable remarketing capability across CN website and other new seller acquisition portal.

 Conduct user journey redesign by UI/UX design improvement, and initiate weblab experiments with results to dive deep optimization opportunities.

 Manage paid channels including Search and other paid industry media growth and explore new channels investment opportunities.

 Work with BI and OPS team to design regular trackable report like traffic, click through rate, funnel conversion and keep providing optimized suggestion to improve Self-registration performance.

Basic Qualifications

  • Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements

  • Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs

  • Experience communicating results to senior leadership

  • Experience using Microsoft Excel to manipulate and analyze data

  • At least 5+ years’ experience on website and media channel management background with proven project results.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Chinese; capable to clearly present ideas, plans and effectively influence senior executives and across organization
