Carrier Sourcing Manager in Shanghai, China

工作职责 :

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Work with regional & global supply chain team to manage and develop suppliers to optimize supply base and to achieve best leverage on cost, quality, delivery and service.

  • Work on localization, cost reduction and NPI (New Product Introduction) programs to achieve cost competence and ensure supply chain readiness.

  • Lead to negotiate with supplier for cost reduction and other commercial terms to meet company key business requirements.

  • Lead to develop local category strategy and keep aligned with global strategy.

  • Lead to manage and evaluate supplier performance and to drive the supplier improvement and development actions to continuously improve suppliers’ performance.

  • Keep good relationship and develop partnership with key suppliers.

  • Support all the other activities and programs related to supplier (Supplier Gold, ProCert, Lean manufacturing etc.)

  • Strictly implement and continuously improve working process, ensure all activities are in compliance with company’s policy, principles and ethical requirements.

人员要求：

Qualification and Experience:

  • Bachelor degree of Science, Discipline of Engineering (mechanical, electric preferred.

  • More than 10 years working experience in purchasing and supply chain management, 5 years in management role and HAVC industry is preferred.

  • Be able to read drawings and understand quality concepts and tools.

  • Fluent verbal and written English are required.

  • Good communication and strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.

  • Be open-minded, self-motivated, pro-active, and must be a team player.

  • Good computer skills.
