What part will you play?

Job Overview:

  • Lead and drive cross-functional teams to deliver continuous improvement initiatives and strategic programs that enhance operational performance across the organization. This role will be crucial in developing and implementing methodologies that ensure consistent improvement in productivity, efficiency, and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Continuous Improvement Projects: Identify, prioritize, and lead continuous improvement initiatives across various departments, ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic goals.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with different departments such as Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality, and others to drive operational excellence initiatives.

  • Strategic Program Management: Manage the lifecycle of strategic programs, from initiation and planning through execution and closure, ensuring that objectives are met within scope, budget, and timeline.

  • Process Improvement: Implement Lean, Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement methodologies to optimize processes and eliminate waste.

  • Change Management: Drive change management initiatives to foster a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence across the organization.

  • Training and Development: Develop and deliver training programs to enhance the capabilities of teams in continuous improvement techniques and tools.

  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks associated with the implementation of improvement projects and strategic programs.

  • Reporting and Communication: Provide regular updates to leadership on the progress of improvement initiatives and strategic programs, including key achievements, challenges, and next steps.

What you need to make real what matters?

• Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business, Operations Management, or a related field. A master’s degree is a plus.

  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in operational excellence, continuous improvement, or a similar role, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial environment.

  • Certifications: Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or Green Belt certification preferred.

• Skills:

  • Strong project and program management skills.

  • Proficient in Lean, Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement methodologies.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and drive change across all levels of the organization.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.

  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, Minitab).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in the automotive, automation, manufacturing sector.

  • Proven track record of successfully leading complex, cross-functional projects.
