Emerson Service Engineer in Shanghai, China

Job Summary

You will work as part of the Afag Service team to fully support on the after sales services and technical support for local clients of Afag.

In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

  • Execution of FAT, including assembly, wiring and commissioning

  • installation and SAT at the customer site if needed

  • Clearly understand service contract scope

  • Identify specific technical issues in close cooperation with Afag sales team and customers

  • Search technical solution and resolve issues, If needed involvement of technical experts from Europe

  • Work independently for service work of Afag products

  • Customer quality issue claim and follow up to close

  • Provide training on Afag products to customer’s staff

  • Issue customer feedback reports, service reports

  • Keep good relationship with customer

Who You Are:

You build and delivered solutions that meet customer expectations. You act with a clear sense of ownership. You bounce back from setbacks.

For This Role, You Will Need:

  • Basic knowledge in automation (PLC / NC / Vision/ Sensor configuration and parameter changes)

  • Excellent commissioning skills

  • Good in English and fluent in Mandarin

  • Ready to travel frequently to customer sites in China

  • Be familiar with the corporate culture of European and/or U.S. company

  • Working experience in automation industry is an advantage
