Philips Senior Rewards Manager in Shanghai, China

In this role, you have the opportunity to

Design and develop rewards program and policies, plan and monitor rewards delivery to ensure that Philips provides total rewards offerings in line with market and performance to attract, motivate, and engage talents. This role will cover Greater China region (China, Hong Kong, Taiwan), and is reporting into the Head of Rewards, Greater China.

You are responsible for

  • Design rewards policies, programs, processes and tools to meet business needs, keep market relevant while aligning with global direction

  • Fully responsible for roll out and execution of annual compensation calendar activities such as annual compensation review and market adjustment, in line with global guidelines.

  • Review and ensure a competitive pay structure by participating in third-party surveys and analyzing market competitiveness.

  • Develop and optimize innovative and inclusive benefits programs and monitor the program quality to elevate employee experience.

  • Provide subject matter expertise to the respective stakeholders on the rewards topics such as job evaluations, offering, salary and benefits policies, mobility etc.

  • Simplify rewards processes wherever possible with the mindset of lean management

  • Ensures that reward programs are in line with rewards philosophy and local legislation requirements

  • Keep abreast of market trends and best practices and network with industry peers

  • Manage or support other rewards projects as assigned

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

  • At least 8+ years of working experience with 5+ years of experience in Rewards / Sales

Compensation specialization;

  • Prior experience working in management or HR consulting related to sales compensation or sales

  • performance management would be a plus;

  • Excellent analytical skills and data savvy;

  • Good organizational / prioritization skills with an ability to manage multiple projects while maintain

  • a close attention to detail;

  • A team player with excellent interpersonal and influencing skills; and written and oral English

  • communication skills;

  • He/she would have ideally come from a similar MNC/CoE set up and with Consultancy background
