The Global Marketing and Loyalty team brings to life the unique promise of Hilton's portfolio of brands by defining, creating, and delivering exceptional multi-channel marketing campaigns designed to drive business results. Loyalty & Co-Brand team is focused on growing customer acquisition and retention through Hilton channels. In addition, the team generates engagement and repeat business through recognition of loyalty benefits and earned rewards during guest stays.

Hilton currently operated four Co-Brand portfolios globally: United States, Japan Germany and United Kingdom, where our Co-Brand portfolios provide customers with the best way to accelerate Hilton Honors promise and elevate their experience during and beyond their stay Journey. Our Co-Brand portfolios play a pivotal role in engaging our customers and accelerating affinity for Hilton and Hilton Honors

What will I be doing?

As the Senior Manager, Co-brand GCM , you will be responsible for overseeing the co-brand product and partnership management for Hilton’s co-brand credit card portfolio in Greater China & Mongolia. You will partner with internal and external partners to deliver a plan designed to drive awareness and consideration of the credit card portfolio, acquire new cardholders, as well as build loyalty and engagement among the existing cardholder base.

This position is a new role based in Shanghai, China.

More specifically, you will:
  • Manage the relationship with the partner on a day-to-day basis ensuring we are meeting performance targets and contractual obligations
  • Identify and prioritize cardholder card acquisition activities and offers, including business opportunity sizing, anticipated return on investment, and resource scoping
  • Closely work with the co-brand partner to identify and prioritize cardholder engagement activities and offers to drive engagement and retention
  • Utilise data and findings to identify high-value prospects for acquisition and identify opportunity to grow engagement of existing members
  • Further deepen the partnership by working on additional spend stimulation programs and campaigns outside of co-brand to drive awareness and revenue to hotels
  • Stay apprised of critical metrics, competitive landscape, and performance pacing to evaluate areas of risk against our yearly business goals and find opportunities for performanceoptimization and propose program and marketing initiatives to address those
  • Identify and develop new opportunities in new and existing market.

  • Experience in managing partnerships
  • An understanding of credit card retailing best practices, effective positioning and value proposition building and messaging to engage customers
  • Excellent communication, with the ability to clearly and concisely express complex ideas, results, and areas of opportunities (both verbally and written)
  • Ability to collaborate with and influence cross-functional teams and external partners
  • Experience gathering, analyzing and utilizing customer data and distilling insights to inform decisions
  • Self-starter with high integrity, positive attitude, and a desire to work in a results-oriented, fast-paced environment
  • Outside-the-box thinker with enthusiasm for developing and testing new ideas
To fulfill this role successfully, you should demonstrate the following minimum qualifications:
  • Eight (8) years of experience working in partnership and marketing at a global organization
  • Fluent English and Chinese
  • This role will include 10-15% travel.
  • BA/BS Bachelor's Degree and/or MA/MS Master’s Degree
  • Experience in the credit card retailing space
