JOB SUMMARY
Oversees all aspects of the Global Learning Management System (LMS) including curriculum maintenance, establishing and evaluating compliance standards, reviewing content, overseeing LMS strategy and managing implementation and maintenance projects.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Documents, trains, and audits the Governance model of Global LMS.
Ensures compliance of Global LMS Administrators for maintaining learning plans, curriculums, user roles, security administration, admin access, admin certification.
Establishes and maintains service levels for LMS admin processes in partnership with the HRIS and IT teams including defining and supporting the LMS problem/escalation reporting process.
Governs Steering Committees in relations to their use and integration with the global LMS:
eLearning Content Standards -- eLearning content development standards
Compliance Standards -- Assessments, testing, and evaluation
Manages and oversees the selection process and methodology for new eLearning content including:
Reviewing existing 3rd party eLearning content relationships and makes recommendations regarding integration with global LMS
New delivered 3rd party eLearning content (content packaged and delivered as-is)
Custom eLearning content (content that is developed specifically for CBRE delivery)
Consults internally with Line of Business and L&D teams on eLearning content requests and requirements
Leads projects and partners with Information Technology, HRIS, and Procurement for system upgrades, maintenance, and to implement or upgrade the global LMS
Manages Vendor relations for LMS vendor and other 3rd party content vendors needed to support LMS and eLearning content
Performs other duties as assigned.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
Provides formal supervision to direct reports. Recommends staff recruitment, selection, promotion, advancement, corrective action and termination. Conducts performance appraisal and other performance discussions with individual employees. Plans and monitors appropriate staffing levels and utilization of labor, including overtime. Prepares and delivers performance appraisal for staff. Mentors and coaches team members to further develop competencies. Leads by example and models behaviors that are consistent with the company's values.

EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE
A four-year degree from a college or university program is required plus a minimum of 7 years experience in training, human resources, L&D, or Talent Management with experience (5+ years) designing and administering education and training programs
CERTIFICATES and/or LICENSES
Learning or educational certificates preferred (example: CPLP certification)
COMMUNICATION SKILLS
Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and analytical skills. Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable and courteous service to customers. Ability to effectively present information. Ability to work with, develop and present training initiatives to corporate heads. Ability to provide excellent internal and external customer service. Excellent interpersonal skills.
FINANCIAL KNOWLEDGE
Requires solid knowledge of financial terms and principles. Ability to calculate intermediate figures such as percentages.
REASONING ABILITY
Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret complex documents. Ability to solve problems involving several options in situations. Requires advanced analytical and quantitative skills.
OTHER SKILLS and ABILITIES
Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office Suite. Proficient in course development software tools such as Adobe Acrobat, Captivate, Snagit, etc. Knowledge of adult learning theory (ADDIE). Ability to learn and become proficient in use of company's Learning Management System (LMS).

Decisions made with thorough understanding of procedures, company policies, and business practices to achieve general results and deadlines. Responsible for setting work unit and/or project deadlines. Errors in judgment may cause short-term impact to department.
