Senior Director, CCMG IC Channel

What You'll Do for Us:

  • Lead and develop sales strategies to retain and expand current customer relationships in IC Channel (Immediate Consumption), ensuring high-quality customer service and issue resolution.

  • Engage in client engagement activities, identifying business requirements, preparing proposals, and suggesting appropriate products, services, and solutions.

  • Develop and implement medium to long-term sales plans to protect, grow, and diversify relationships with targeted customers.

  • Maximize customer and Coca-Cola System on share, volume / revenue and profit potentials

  • Oversee business development activities, including the formation of alliance/partnership networks.

  • Provide thought-leadership for the entire bottling System on a consistent and systematic growth and collaboration agenda with IC customers, including and not limited to supporting system-wide Innovation launch agenda, implementing a winning culture on execution excellence, bringing and replicating world-class initiatives from developed markets, and establishing and building world-class customer management capability across China system.

  • Proactively work with Marketing, Franchise & Commercial Leadership, Bottlers to pioneer a seamless approach on winning in market and capabilities buildings.

  • Lead market research efforts, predicting current and future consumer behavior to inform sales strategies.

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field.

  • 15+ years' in the consumer goods industry and sales/marketing or major account management.

  • 10+ years' experience managing professional sales teams, demonstrating strong leadership and team management abilities.

  • Be good with problem solving skills to deliver the best business results for the system.

  • Good negotiation skills to development Win-Win partnership with key account to maximize sales & profitability for the system.

  • Exceptional analytical, verbal, and written communication skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Access).
