I. GENERAL SUMMARY

• This position will be tasked to focus on China Localization and Innovation projects. Need to work closely with the commercial team leaders, strategic marketing manager, product managers and also the external strategy partners to drive the Incremental pipeline projects progress to grow the LMS China business.

II.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Work closely with Strategic Marketing Manager and Commercial Product managers to develop and to execute the localization and Innovation strategy to meet Made-in-China requirement

• Communicate closely with Global BU Product Managers and Partnering with R&D, Engineering, Sourcing, RAQA, IP team for the China Localization and Innovation projects. To make sure the smooth transitions for the localized products and on time delivery for the Innovation projects

• Develop project plans, identify dependencies, crafts and assess time and budget estimates. Analyze critical path, risks, and constraints, and identify resource requirements. Leverage visual management (physically and virtually) to maintain full control of project timelines, resources, and budgets.

• Scouting and developing the potential external strategy partners for the open innovation opportunities.

III.REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS POSITION

Education & Experience

Master’s degree or above, with about 7+ years of working experience, and more than 3 years in project management roles in related industry.

Major in automation or mechanical engineering or other related disciplines or industry background, Life science research or biomedical background is a plus.

Fluent Chinese and English communication skills
