Amazon Product Marketing Manager, SCA in Shanghai, China

Amazon Global Selling has been helping individuals and businesses increase sales and reach new customers around the globe. Today, more than 50% of Amazon's total sales come from third-party Sellers. The Global Selling team in Asia is responsible for recruiting local businesses to sell on Amazon’s 17 overseas marketplaces, and supporting local Sellers’ success and growth on the Amazon. Our vision is to be the first choice for all types of Asia business to go globally.

Supply Chain by Amazon (SCA) is the our pioneering product brand, offering end-to-end supply chain solution for Sellers across their all selling channels.

In this role, you will dive deep into CN Sellers’ insights, co-own and drive goals on adoption of key SCA solutions and facilitate Sellers success with GTM plan. This role will work closely with product owners, business teams, operation team, marketing channels and stakeholders in worldwide.

Key job responsibilities

  • Develop and align SCA products’ key messages and selling points with product and business teams in global;

  • Dive Deep into local Sellers’ performance, figure out challenges and opportunities for improvement;

  • Plan and implement marketing activities to drive SCA product awareness and consideration;

  • Own marketing content roadmap and create various content tools (success stories, pitch decks, flyers, videos, etc.) for Seller engagement and education, ensure marketing contents updated and consistent;

  • Collect Seller insights to influence product development roadmap;

  • Set up marketing input and output goals, design and track marketing metrics and always seeking ways to improve;

  • Ongoing communications with global and China stakeholders

Basic Qualifications

  • 6+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience

  • Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements

  • Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)

  • Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional programs or marketing campaigns from concept to completion

  • Experience managing and measuring marketing performance in various channels

  • Experience managing external partners to develop marketing programs

  • Experience in partnership and product marketing

  • Fluent in English and Chinese.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field or equivalent work experience.

  • Excellent project management skill; demonstrated ability to organize, plan, prioritize, and meet deadlines through process improvements and communication practices.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience presenting ideas to various levels of an organization to gain support for initiatives

  • Experience with paid media and owned and operated channels (i.e. email, onsite, etc.)

  • Demonstrated capacity to thrive in a fast paced workplace and deal with ongoing change and ambiguity.
