What you’ll do

Responsible for local product development strategy and accountable for the profit &loss for assigned products.

Actively engage as a product owner to understand production issues, quality constraints, and sales issues and actively participate in improvements and solutions. Close communication with global counter partner for new product launch and existing product line positioning.

This position researches and plans the strategy for development of global or local new product features and offerings.

Work with cross function teams to develop new application reference, competition benchmarking and other selling tools to drive product line growth.

Leads analysis on voice of customer, market segmentation to drive the product development and new product launch.

Partner with teams to develop innovative marketing programs, show event campaigns, customer care programs and core promotional programs.

Who you are

Master or doctor degree in biology, biotechnology, pharmaceuticals or immunology related 3+ years relevant experience with product management/application development.

Deep understanding of Lipid Nanoparticle technology is a plus.

Strong communication and influence skills to work effectively in cross-functional teams and global environment.

Understand the sales process and is willing to take accountability of the overall commercial success of product growth.

Ability to interpret needs of prospective clients especially in LNP industry. Good English communication skill is required in both oral and written English.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, self-motivated, ability to work efficiently and independently.
