What will I be doing?
At Hilton, you will experience how digital transformation really happens in a multi-national company that takes pride in human-centric technology.As the Manager, Digital Analytics, you will leverage technology and big data to unlock industry leading trends and opportunities in digital areas, work alongside with commercial and product experts to better engage with our customers, support our owners and guide for business decisions.
Youwill be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
Strateg y & Insight
·Leadend-to-end, integratedcustomer lifecycle communication through data, analysis and insights
·Manage Hilton’sunified customer databaseandplatforms,build holisticcustomer views and profilesthroughout the digital journeys and touchpoints
·Engage with the commercial team incustomer acquisition by identifying high value targeting segmentsfor precise campaign segmentation
·Maximize customer life-time value(LTV)and nurture growth via personalization ideas,insightsrecommendation to ramp up engagement and conversion rate
·Guide on customerretention toeffectivedrive cross-sell, upsell withincreasedROIsfor loyalty campaigns
·Play a pivotal role in definingsuccess metrics, personalization strategies and analysis methodologies
Tracking & Analysis
·Develop and implement Adobe Analytics, CJA tracking that aligned with business objectives
·Follow established guidelines to create tech specs and other analytics documents
·Perform analytics QA and regression test for existing, newly built and3rdparty tracking
·Conductad-hoc analysis tocontinuallyimprove channels, products, marketing and customer performance
Standard & Innovations
·Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive landscape, market best practices and digital innovations
·Work as a central, regional contact and data gatekeeper to ensure data consistency, establish single south truth, liaise with global SIA team on data governance and standard
·Create and maintain a Jira, Confluence page to document tracking plans, key decisions, status, etc.

What are we looking for?
AManager,Digital Analyticsserving Hilton Brands is always working on behalf of our Guests and working with other Team Members. To successfully fill this role, you should maintain the attitude, behaviours, skills, and values that follow:
·Bachelor degree from top tieruniversity. Major in Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Business, Economics, Engineering, or related quantitative field.
·10-12years of professional work experience inmarketing analytics, digital analyticsor related field
·Familiar with MarTech tools, eg CDP, Braze anddigitalanalytics tools, egAdobeAnalytics,Google Analytics or equivalent
·Advance level ofExcel for data processing, Power Query, Power BI, SQL, Pythonis a plus
·Advance level of PowerPoint for logical and aesthetic data finding presentation
·Comfortable working with multi-disciplinary team to drive analytics project through implementation to analysis
·Good project, time and stakeholder managementto ensure on-time work delivery
·Logical, critical, forward thinker. Ability to sense, anticipate and validate unusual data trends and patterns
·Strong business acumen, proactive and creative mindset
·Fluent English in terms of reading, writing, and speaking
