At Cadence, we hire and develop leaders and innovators who want to make an impact on the world of technology.

• Drive license compliance audit to closure, in collaboration with Sales and BU

• Develop best practices and support data management/ analytics

• Work with external consulting firm to manage ongoing audit and identify audit targets in support of Cadence license compliance initiatives.

• Build strong working relationship with sales, BU and engineering teams.

• Drive systems strategy, infrastructure requirements and implementation, for scalable Compliance process.

• Identify potential risks and support solutions for preventing revenue leakage

• Manage customers’ royalty reporting history and follow up with customers when reports has error or missing

• Answer royalty related questions when it comes up

• Assist royalty team set up the royalty/contract info within royalty reporting system
