Waters Kit Developer Manager in Shanghai, China
Exciting opportunity for accomplished Clinical industry professional to influence and drive in vitro diagnostic clinical business success for Waters China. We are currently looking for successful and motivated clinical affair candidates to build company clinical market position and branding across Greater China through key opinion leader engagement, Expert Committee development, as well as the implementation of best commercial practices and pilot different business models.
Identify key business partnerships (e.g. reagent partners) and potential commercial relationships to support revenue growth strategy, increase brand awareness and expand Waters’ presence.
Develop partner strategy to differentiate Waters’ offerings and roll-out plan internally and externally
Develop a structured system and processes to guide the choose and manage of partnerships to ensure effectiveness.
· Framework to assesses, recruits, analyze and manage partners.
· Partner regular assessment and KPIs in place to measure ROI.
· Flexible partner business models
Work closely with CDx team and region teams to understand and collect market intelligence
Work closely with compliance and legal teams to ensure business compliance.
Significant travel is required
Bachelor’s degree required preferably in science or engineering. Advanced degree preferred.
5+ years National Clinical (IVD) business experience; regional experience will be considered.
Deep and board understanding of China Clinical (IVD) Landscape
Fluent in written and spoken Mandarin, English will be a plus
Ability to manage and influence within a matrix organization
Leadership skill in articulating a vision and moving an organization forward to achieve its goals and objectives
Strong communication skills, particularly addressing C-suite executives
