Job Description

Here's a phenomenal job opportunity for you to use your KA management experience to manage the accounts and channels according to our strategy and segmentation while building phenomenal and lasting relations with our customers!
Core Responsibilities:
Key account business plan and implementation: Develop and execute channel business plan and yearly trade plan, collaborating with internal teams and customer, build strong and long-term partnership.
Channel segmentation and strategy: To develop channel and product segmentation strategy, plan and implementation with customer.
Customer P&L: Manage account trade budget and P&L to maximize ROI and provide value growth management.
Business management: Manage customer sell-in and sell-thru with proper portfolio to sustain a healthy and profitable business.
In-store execution management and brand image: Ensure consistent brand standards especially in areas of visual presentation, product management, and marketing.
Store development: As a consultant role to customer for new store opening and upgrade in terms of location, sales forecast, retail preparation etc.
Contract and terms: Negotiate and set yearly trade terms and scorecard.
Retail executive team management.
Process implementation: Work closely with other teams to implement standard processes: contractual agreement, Training Material, Operations Manual, Visual Guidelines.
Process optimization: Work hand in hand with and cross functional team to foster an effective and aligned Go-To-Market process (from Planning, sales and Marketing integration meeting, execution and review).
Do you have what it takes?
8+ years sales experience with 5+ years in key account management.
Experienced in running and managing retail stores, either directly operated or through franchise partners.
Fluent in verbal and written English and Mandarin.
Bachelor’s degree and above is preferred.
Good understanding of the China retail industry and business.
Comprehensive understanding of operating and running branded retail stores.
Strong collaboration with internal and external partners.
Experienced in using Microsoft office.
Strong analytical, communication and negotiation skills.
Able to travel around 30+ days per annual.
