Abbott Key Account Manager in Shanghai, China

Major Responsibilities/Activities:

  • Responsible for Ali B2C channel (TM Super and Ali Health), identify and implement business opportunities to achieve sales target.

  • Keep close contact and good relationship with key people of the platform to understand their latest strategy and tactics to drive win-win partnership.

  • Cooperate with platform and leverage platform resource and abilities to accelerate business, like ALI health Chronic Disease caring program.

  • Familiar at in-site platform CRM operation and service logic, closely cooperate with internal CRM team to enhance user instruction guidance and consumer engagement.

  • Base on the solid data analysis of user behavior and store perform index to come out detail operation improvement action and investment.

  • Manage TP to implement operation action and timely review to ensure target delivery.

REQUIREMENTS

  • FMCG/ Infant Milk category is preferred.

  • At least 3 years working experience related to key account management.

  • Experience in CRM operation is preferred.

  • Excellent communication with Mandarina and English is must.
