Purpose of the position
The purpose of the position is to assist the general support in MD office and administration, communication and acting as point of contact for internal stakeholders.
Main tasks and responsibilities
Document management, classify, organize and scan company documents and keep them strictly confidential;
Responsible for handling documents within the scope of authorization from the general manager and related administrative affairs management;
Actively participate in the coordination and communication of cross-departments if needed.
Work with EA on branding
Work with Admin Leader on Administratives
Other works arranged from the GM.
What you’ll need to succeed
Major in business administration, financial economics, marketing and other related majors
Good communication skills and teamwork spirit;
Proficient in Office software(Excel, Word, PPT, etc.);
Have a positive enthusiasm for learning;
Be proactive in work, dare to take on pressure；
Handle sensitive and confidential matters of the company with caution;
Be kind to others, consider things thoughtfully, and pay attention to details;
Good in English, CET6 is preferred.
