Veralto HRBP in Shanghai, China

  • Talent management: manage talent review process including talent funnel, development plan, career path, etc.

  • Hiring: facilitate hiring process, business needs analysis, join interview as appropriate

  • New associate engagement: arrange new joiner’s buddy, conduct day 30 conversation for check in.

  • Leadership management capability: provide feedback, conduct training to leadership management team to enhance capability.

  • Performance management: lead performance and development review, support manager to make development plan.

  • Engagement survey & HR project: take leadership of engagement survey participation, communication, action plans. Lead other HR projects as necessary.

  • Other HRBP BAU: work as a HR business partner, provide overall HR solution.
