Position Purpose

The purpose of the job is to support the entire employee life cycle and assist employees and managers in their daily work, in terms of Payroll, HR Operations Support, Training Administration and Data Management.

Job Responsibilities

Payroll • Administer payroll for employees, interns, and contractors accurate and on time. • Providing information and answering employee questions about payroll-related matters. • Final payment, severance package and other cost calculation and preparation as per request. HR Operations support • Responsible for employee certificate for employees. • Responsible for employe life cycle including, employee termination process and Labor Contract Renewal process. Training Administration • Responsible for AP New hire orientation preparation and coordination. • Conduct local level HR new hire orientation. • Work as AP training system admin to support the AP online course. • Onsite training support as per request. Data Management • Work as the system admin for i-super leave system including employee account management, annual leave/carryover entitlement calculation and set up in system, annual leave reminder preparation and any other system support as per request. • Work as system admin for EC, new hire, termination & employee movement. • HR VIVA platform. Other support • Project support as per required.

Knowledge and Skill Requirements

• Bachelor degree • At least 2-3 years relevant work experiences in HR function, prefer payroll management or HR operation experiences. • Good judgement capability on job function utilizing good common sense. • Self-motivated to operate independently and also as part of a team. • Familiar with basic applications, including Outlooks, PowerPoint, Words and Excel. Tech savvy preferred including Power BI, Power automation etc. • Good English capability in both verbal and writing. • Effective communication, presentation and written skills. • Passionate to learn, open-minded and highly proactive.
