Roles and Responsibilities

• Applies general knowledge of business developed through education or past experience. Understands how work of own team contributes to the area.

• Resolves issues using established procedures. Consults People Leader or more senior team members for issues outside of defined parameters.

• Collaborates with others to solve issues. Exchanges technical information, asks questions and checks for understanding.

• Handles simple data entry work requiring face value check and correction.

• Train in GE Vernova’s core finance competencies to earn diverse on-the-job experiences. Collaborate with and present to business partners who act as coaches and mentors throughout the program.

• Actively uphold GE’s value by participating in our inclusive culture both inside the company and in the communities we serve.

Requirements

• Student currently enrolled inBusiness/Finance/Administrationundergrad or graduate program with at least a year to graduate

• Proactive, willing to learn, well organized.

• Good communication skills to request information and receive feedback.

• Strong Microsoft Office skills.

• Task oriented.

Desired Characteristics

• Strong oral and written communication skills. Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs.
