The position is mainly responsible for financial accounting, cost accounting, daily payment, tax and other work, to ensure that the company's financial compliance with accounting rules and regulations.
该职位主要负责财务会计记账、成本核算、日常付款、税务等工作，确保公司财务符合会计相关规章制度。
Responsibilities职责
- To check and verify all accounts payable request/cost center/ invoice, etc. to ensure all payment related documents are fulfilled the regulations
检查和核实所有应付账款申请/成本中心/发票等，确保所有付款符合要求
- Responsible for all daily accounts Payable processing, book ledger accurate and arrange payment on time
负责所有日常应付账款的处理，准确记账并按要求付款
- To issue the sales invoice
负责开具销售发票
- To complete the monthly closing and all monthly reports.
负责完成月度结算和月度报告
- To collect the import/export goods/service tax certification and clarify with SAFE records on time.
及时收集进出口货物/服务税证明，并与国家外汇管理局进行核对
- To provide the OPEX report to all department head for check and review after closing, prepare the adjustment request if any error were found.
负责向所有部门负责人提供运营成本报告，以供检查和审查，如果发现任何问题，及时进行调整

Qualifications资格
- Bachelor degree in accounting or finance related
会计或财务相关学士学位
- Within 4 years accounting related experiences
4年会计相关经验
- Good English in writing and orally
良好的英语书面和口头表达能力
- Familiar with ERP is preferred
熟练操作财务软件
- Accounting Intermediate certificate of title
拥有中级以上会计师职称
