Amazon Field Marketing Manager in Nanjing, China

Description

The Field Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and implementing the regional marketing strategies to drive business growth and seller success. With a great balance in business acumen and marketing expertise, the field marketing manager will be the owner of the local integrated marketing initiative design and execution together with the Amazon site leader and seller consultant team to penetrate the local seller community and cross-border e-commerce ecosystem at large, enhancing regional awareness and in turn demand generation of CN Global Selling.

Key job responsibilities

His/her responsibilities include but not limited to:

1) Build Field Marketing national event strategies and execution plans based on the division business direction and priorities.

2) Implement marketing online/offline activities with regional cross functional teams' collaboration to improve AGS brand awareness and Seller consideration.

3) Engage, influence and align key internal stakeholders to ensure excellent execution of regional marketing strategy and activities.

4) Drive leads acquisition (especially manufacture and brand acquisition) through regional events/programs.

5) Field Marketing event data management and analysis

6) Marketing budget management and ROI tracking

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor or above in Business, Marketing or related major

  • 8 years or above working experience in marketing or related

  • Great communications skill in complex matrix dealing with multiple internal and external stakeholders

  • Good verbal and writing skill in Chinese and English - Strong project initiation and execution with self-motivation

Preferred Qualifications

  • E-commerce or Internet industry experience is a plus
